Standard Operating Period:
Our warehouse’s standard operating days are Monday to Friday. During regular periods, orders will be shipped within 2 business days with complimentary express shipping. Next day shipping on domestic orders is also available for an additional fee.
From Monday-Friday, we offer same-day delivery in Manhattan and Brooklyn. You can select this as an option during checkout if your shipping address is an eligible destination.
FedEx delivers Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm, and DHL International delivers Monday to Friday 9am-7pm.
During peak periods and holidays, we ask that you allow a few extra days for fulfillment. In the event of any fulfillment delays our team will do its utmost to keep you informed.
Please allow additional time for shipments including printed items.
Shipping Carrier Information:
Domestic orders are shipped via complimentary ground service.
Complimentary worldwide express shipping will be offered to orders over $750.
International orders are dispatched via complimentary international shipping, and express shipping is available for a fee for orders under $750 USD.
All domestic and international express shipments require direct signature for delivery.
